In these challenging times the practice of lovingkindness meditation seems particularly relevant. This ancient tradition, also known as metta, trains us to interact with compassion and kindness toward all beings… those we know, those who are strangers… and to ourselves, as well. This class will introduce the basics for those who are new to mindfulness meditation, and provide ongoing support for those to whom the practice is familiar. All are welcome!

Greta Phinney is a certified meditation teacher with over 25 years of personal meditation practice. Following a lifelong career in teaching she finds a special joy in sharing this practice with others.
