T106 | Greatest Pianists of All Time | Ken Stark

Tuesdays
1:30 – 3:00 p.m. | Six Sessions
In-person at the Berkshire Museum -
9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/24, 10/31

Please note that there is no session on 10/17.

How can we explore all the greatest pianists in the span of 9 hours? We can’t. Ken has culled the lists of musicologists, current concert pianists, and even added in a few of his own selections. In the 6 week course, we will discover and listen to the compositions of those who wrote and played their own incredible music, and those extraordinary individuals who carried on their legacy and perform those remarkable creations.

Ken Stark is active in the Berkshires community, serving on multiple boards of directors including for 18 Degrees (formerly Berkshire Children and Families), the Berkshire Bach Society, and previously, the Berkshire Theatre Group. He is also on the Advisory Committee for Kids4Harmony. He is a former professor at the City College of New York and school psychologist for the NYC Department of Education.
