Four Sessions -
1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11

In-person in Stockbridge
Limit: 20

Aging has the potential to be more than just witnessing a series of physical changes but rather adapting and engaging in a new, inspired spiritual journey. In this program, The Spiritual Path of Aging, you have the opportunity to explore many aspects of the aging process, re-imagining what spiritual growth and transformation might look like in your later years.

This course will meet in person once a week over the course of four weeks. In addition to defining the many elements of a fulfilling spiritual path, we will also dip into the joys and challenges of the aging process—acknowledging what we were prepared for and what we were totally unprepared for as we age. Classes will also focus on loss—learning how to grieve, manage or surrender and let go, while at the same time trying out new spiritual practices that help us deepen our connection to others and to Source.

Please bring a journal or writing materials.
