It’s not just the amount of social interaction we have in our lives, but the quality of
those interactions. Lovingkindness or metta practice is a form of meditation that has the
power to deeply impact the quality of our social relationships. This course, which will
introduce lovingkindness meditation, is designed for both beginning and experienced
