Social connection is frequently noted as one of the significant factors in healthy aging. It’s not just the amount of social interaction we have in our lives, but the quality of those interactions. Lovingkindness or metta practice is a form of meditation that has the power to deeply impact the quality of our social relationships. This course, which will introduce lovingkindness meditation, is designed for both beginning and experienced meditators. Join us and experience this transformative practice for yourself!
