Hear the stories behind what awaits us on stage this summer at some of the Berkshires’ premiere venues, as well as some award-winning “outliers.” Each week we’ll hear from the movers and shakers at Jacob’s Pillow, the Berkshire Opera, the Berkshire Theatre Group, Barrington Stage, and more, as well as our annual Critics Roundtable.

Naomi Spatz is the co-founder of New York’s Golden Squirrel Theatre. She created “Teachers Night on Broadway “and “Kids Day on Broadway.” The arts run in the family as she is married to playwright and OLLI instructor, Steven Somkin.

Nancy Vale holds a MFA from Northwestern University where she taught acting. Ms. Vale is involved in various theatre programs in the New York metro area and has appeared in local theatre productions.
