Sample the wide world of folk dance. This class will introduce you to some of the beautiful, traditional dances from around the world, from Bolivia to Brittany, Greece to Japan. Students will learn simple line, circle, and mixer dances. The historical and cultural backgrounds of the communities of origin will be discussed. No experience needed, no partner required. Enjoyable, sociable exercise. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
